Gary “Bubba” LeBlanc
Gary “Bubba” LeBlanc, 61, of Broaddus passed away Sunday, September 21, 2025. He was born on May 6, 1964, in Port Arthur to Julia “Judy” Louise Holst and Ivy Lee LeBlanc. If you knew Gary, he would light up any room he walked in to. Bubba never met a stranger, he was the man that would give the shirt off his back without thinking twice. He was a jack of all trades with his hobbies. From fishing, to music, to being the life of the party. He had an infectious sense of humor. The stories he told would make your stomach hurt from laughing so hard. Bubba truly left his mark on this world and is now reunited with those he loves.
Survivors include his mother, Julia LeBlanc; sister, Vickie Conkle and her husband, Gerald; nephews, Cody Conkle and his wife, Hannah, and Matthew Conkle and his wife, Caroline; great-niece, Laiken; great-nephew, Asher; Teal Mazzola; numerous cousins, extended family and friends.
Gary is preceded in death by his father; daughter, Shelby LeBlanc; and grandparents, Wilford and Theresa LeBlanc; and Maxwell and Lucille Holst.
A gathering of Bubba’s family and friends will begin at 12:30 p.m., with his funeral service to follow at 2:00, Friday, September 26, 2025, at Broussard’s, 1605 North Major Drive, Beaumont. A private graveside service will be held at China Cemetery, China.

Gary was a great friend, my east Texas brother. My cooking partner with knights of Columbus, church brother every sunday. Dinner together every week. Always there for me during my health issues. I will miss him dearly.
You just don’t know how much you are going to be missed. Thank you for the phone chat a few weeks ago a hour or so later we were still talking .. Thank you for your friendship Kindergarten till Graduation it was a memorable one that I will always keep close to my heart . The compliments that you made of Garrett I will never forget . You always said how proud you are of him.. I love you my friend it’s not goodbye .. I will see you later !
Brother in law! Man you are going to be missed in so many ways. Thank you for always being a great friend, making us laugh, singing to us, you were one of a kind. Rest in peace My Friend!
