When I think of my childhood, I think of George. The first things that come to mind is the childhood friendship between Chris and my brother Ryan, the popsicles, playing basketball in his driveway, the abundance of beautiful plants on his back patio, and my first experience with a bird that could talk. Looking back, he was a loving dad, someone we could count on as a neighbor, and my first encounter with a man that was both a little sweet and little salty. Much love George, thank you for the memories.

I've known George since the 1970s serving as an apprentice through the Insulators Local 22. He has always been a loyal friend and brother. Weve shared numerous hours on job sites and lots of time on the softball fields. May you rest in peace my dear brother, we will meet again some day. Rest in Peace my friend

Knew Mr. Davis when our boys played ball together in High School. Reunited with him when he evacuated to LaBelle Baptist Church during Harvey. He always had such a sweet appreciative spirit. He was a blessing as we served in recovery to many who lost their homes in LaBelle. Our thoughts and prayers are with the family.

Our heart felt condolences to the friends and family of George. We moved down the road from him 7 years ago, and immediately loved him. Though I only met Susan a hand full of times, I know he longed to be reunited with her.. He will be greatly missed in the neighborhood.
