Earl Glenn Sheffield, Jr.

Earl Glenn Sheffield, Jr., 69, of Silsbee, died, Monday, October 5, 2020. He was born on January 18, 1951, in Silsbee, to Johnnie Lafay McGee Sheffield and Earl Glen Sheffield.

Survivors include his wife, Vickey Sheffield; children, Yolanda Griffin and her husband, Dell Whitney; Dawn Sheffield and her husband, Ronnie Fox, all of Silsbee; Melissa Sheffield and her husband, Clint Tanton, of Fred; Tori Horn and her husband, Patrick, of Georgetown; Benjamin Sheffield and his wife, Heather, of Tomball; grandchildren, Madison Grunder and her husband, Bey, of Hawaii; Lauren Buckner and her husband, Jordan; Alex Sheffield; Justin Whitney; Shane Whitney, all of Silsbee; Mykenzie Fregia and her husband, Hayden, of California; Macey Sheffield; Lauren Huffman, both of Temple; Olivia Horn; Freya Horn, both of Georgetown; Amia Sheffield; Zailey Sheffield; Gavin Sheffield, all of Tomball; Brooke Tanton; and Chandler Tanton, both of Silsbee; great-grandchildren, Kynli Fregia, Jaxson Fregia, both of California; and Theo Buckner of Silsbee; siblings, Steve Sheffield; Judy Hicks and her husband, Paul; and Chris Sheffield and his wife, Lana, all of Spurger; and numerous nieces and nephews. Glenn is preceded in death by his parents.

A gathering of Mr. Sheffield’s family and friends will be from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., Thursday, October 8, 2020, at Broussard’s, 490 Cemetery Road, Silsbee. His funeral service will be 10:00 a.m., Friday, October 9, 2020, at Broussard’s, interment to follow at Town Bluff Cemetery, Town Bluff.
