Gloria Poche

Gloria Poche, 88, of Groves, died Thursday, November 4, 2021, at Oak Grove Nursing Home, Groves. She was born August 1, 1933, in Port Arthur, to Maurice and Alice Green. Gloria enjoyed taking trips to the casino to play bingo and the slot machines.

Survivors include her son, Ricky Poche; daughter, Lisa Poche; grandsons, Jason Poche and wife, Whitney and Kristopher Creel and wife, Joanna; great-grandchildren, Ella Poche and Abigail, Greenlee, Gunner, and Katelyn Creel; and numerous nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her parents; brother, Joseph “Patrick” Green; and daughter, Leslie “Karen” Watts.

A gathering of Ms. Poche’s family and friends will be 9:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m., Tuesday, November 9, 2021, at Broussard’s, 505 North 12^th Street, Nederland. Her graveside service will follow at 12:30 p.m., at Greenlawn Memorial Park, 3900 Twin City Highway, Groves.
