Greg Ross
Greg Ross, 49, of Groves, died Tuesday, February 10, 2026. He was born on July 20, 1976, in Gallup, New Mexico, to Peter Allen Ross and Marilyn Ann Carrell.
Our dad, Greg Ross, was a one-of-a-kind man. He loved his entire family, especially his grandchildren. He enjoyed riding motorcycles, fishing, and simply spending time with family. To know him was to love him—he had no hate in his heart. If someone needed help, he would give them the shirt off his back.
He loved his job as an 18-wheeler driver for MDJ; that was his second family. He was a hardworking man who was always at work, no matter what. His favorite thing was to joke with everyone—he loved being a prankster and playing W.O.W. on his computer when he got home from work.
Greg was truly one of a kind and had the sweetest soul. He was always there for everyone and never turned his back on anyone, whether they had wronged him or not. He will always be remembered, no matter how much time passes. Greg was a rare gift from God, and we will forever be grateful for the time we had with him. If you knew Greg, you knew he was a rare gem who can never be replaced. At this time, please keep his family in your prayers as they grieve this very difficult loss.
Survivors include his children, Kodi Ross and his wife, Falicia; Kylie Ross and her husband, Dakota Breaux; and Sophia Ross; his mother, Marilyn Murray and her husband, Michael; grandchildren, Allison Ross, Aiyana Ross, Luka Ross, Rowdy Ross, Eli Breaux, Dayton Breaux, and Rebel Ross; sister, Misty Ross; and nieces, DeAnza Bohler, Zoey Ross, and Kyra Husband.
He was preceded in death by his father, Pete Ross, and his grandmother, Mema.

Great friend to many. We would go many years without talking. But when we did the conversation would be golden. Love ya
❤️
Oh my goodness. Where to start? First of all, my deepest condolence to all of you. As being your neighbors years ago, watching y’all grow up across the street. Kylie,I remember how you would get so excited when your daddy came in from work. Your daddy was always just as y’all said in his eulogy. From one heart to another. The Why will never be answered on this earth🌹.. I know you was a daddy’s girl as so, was my sister and I. I just been praying for God to give you some comfort and your siblings because it will be just one day at a time. Sometimes one breath at a time♥️ you know your daddy would want you to keep all those sweet memories and tell your children all about him as they grow. Never let weeks and months go by without speaking of his memory. We are all appointed a time on this earth. Again, I am so deeply sorry for the pain that you and your siblings are going through. With all my heart♥️🌹 Rest in peace, Greg.
My Boss (Scaffolding) I talked to him about 7! Months ago at a store on spurlock….he said I know that voice Royace Westbrook,,I laughed and shook his hand..Great Man..My condolences to the family….
Thank you so much..
My condolences to a beautiful family. I always wondered who Greg would be as a grown-up and I’m so glad he has children and grandchildren remembering him with love. If I were able to be at the services I would tell stories about him, me, and Misty playing cops and robbers with his dad on the beanbag (he was kind of a boss and always managed to talk us out of our guns) and Greg’s “aunt-eater” (my mom sure got a kick out of that caterpillar!). Rest in Peace, Cousin, and wishing peace to all of you his kids and grands, Misty, and Aunt Marilyn.
