Ingebörg Leich
Ingeborg Leich, 98, of Granada Hills California, passed away on Sunday, October 17, 2021. Ingeborg was born on October 15, 1923, in Berlin, Germany.
Ingeborg was a passionate and charitable woman who loved her family and friends very much. She enjoyed crafting, sewing, crocheting, reading, and working in her flowerbeds. Ingeborg was a very involved member, as well as a lifetime member, of the Granada Hills Women’s Club, where many of her cherished friendships began. She spent the last 8 years of her life in Texas enjoying her family.
Ingeborg is survived by her daughter, Kati Turney and husband Joe of Angleton, TX; her three granddaughters and their spouses, Vanissa Mills of Winnie, Texas, Stacy Fleming of Beach City, Texas, and Megan Worcester of Heart, Arkansas; and her six great grandchildren, Riley, Laurel, Clayton, William, Harold, and Emma.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Rolf Leich, her parents Karl and Kaethe Bolduan, and her sister, Christa.
In lieu of flowers, a donation to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital, 501 St Jude Place, Memphis, Tennessee 38105 or the Granada Hills Women’s Club, 10666 White Oak Ave, Granada Hills, California 91344 may be made in her honor.
A Celebration of Life Ceremony will be held at 3:00 p.m., Saturday, October 23rd, 2021, at the Fleming home.
Her cremation arrangements were handled through Broussard’s Crematorium, Beaumont, under the direction of Broussard’s, 1605 North Major Drive, Beaumont.
