Irma Sanchez, 66, of Port Arthur, passed away Saturday, September 11, 2021. She was born on July 6, 1955, in Cuernavaca, Mexico.
Survivors include her husband, Arturo Barba, of Port Arthur; children, Nayeli Toledo and husband, Raul Rodriguez; Alberto Toledo, Jr. and wife, Sara, all of Port Arthur; Alex Toledo and wife, Brooke Bomar, of Groves; Luis Barba; and Andres Barba and wife, Graciela Enriquez, all of Port Arthur; grandchildren, Angel Robles and wife, Lillianna; Julissa Toledo; Raul Rodriguez; Ivan Toledo; Charisma Toledo; Alberto Toledo III; Natalie Rodriguez; Alex Toledo, Jr.; Arianna Rodriguez; Daniella Toledo; Isaac Barba; and Andrew Toledo; great-grandson, Roman Robles; brothers, Primo Sanchez and wife, Reyna and Eduardo Sanchez and wife, Carolina; and sisters, Rosa Sanchez and husband, Miguel Martinez; Esperanza Sanchez and husband, Andres Garcia; Sylvia Sanchez and husband, Pedro Cisneros; Alicia Sanchez and husband, Mike Mora; Laura Sanchez and husband, Alberto Mendoza; Ede Sanchez and husband, Jesus Sampayo; and Betty Sanchez.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Sadot and Isidra Sanchez and brothers, Jose Luis Sanchez and Jorge Sanchez.
A gathering of Mrs. Sanchez’s family and friends will begin at 8:30 a.m., with her funeral service at 10:00 a.m., Monday, September 20, 2021, at Broussard’s, 505 North 12th Street, Nederland. Her interment will follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park, Groves.
Memorial contributions may be made in Mrs. Sanchez’s memory to Alzheimer’s Association, 225 North Michigan Avenue, Floor 17, Chicago, Illinois 60601.
