Jackson Michael Salyers, Jr., 59, of Lumberton, died Wednesday, December 16, 2020.  He was born on September 20, 1961, in Corpus Christi, to Faye Hardin Salyers and Jackson Michael Salyers. 

Survivors include his sons, Steven Salyers of Nederland and Sean Salyers of Clinton, Illinois; partner of many years, Estela Mason of Clinton, Illinois; mother, Faye Hardin Bohannon and her partner, Norman Stiles, of Fort Pierce, Florida; father, Jack Salyers, Sr. and his wife, Toni, of Lumberton; brothers, John Salyers of Vidor and Michael Salyers and his wife, Bridget, of Beaumont; sisters, Debra Arceneaux and her husband, John, of Silsbee; Brenda Ramsey and her husband, Tommy, of Winnie; Patricia Douglas and her husband, Steven, of Vero Beach, Florida; Lisa Wilkinson of Beaumont; Kathleen Eppes and her husband, Scott, of Lumberton; and Mary Bean and her husband, Curtis, of San Antonio;  and numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.

A gathering of Mr. Salyers’ family and friends will be 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., with a Rosary recited at 6:00 p.m., Tuesday, December 22, 2020, at Broussard’s, 490 Cemetery Road, Silsbee.  His memorial service will be 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, December 23, 2020, at Broussard’s.  His committal was held at Broussard’s Crematorium.
