Prayers to all the family. I worked at Mobil Chemical for many years with Don. He was one of the best coworkers ever. Always willing to help me and show me how to safely get work done. He set an example for how to treat people. Sorry for the loss of a great Christian man.
He has been on my Mt Rushmore of good men for most of my life. A man I so often saw genuinely do the lovingly right thing simply because it was genuinely the lovingly right thing to do. Despite what little time I had with him — not nearly enough — I can’t overstate the effect it had on my life. Those of his past, and now of his present, are all SO much richer for him being with us.
Gary and family,
My thoughts and prayers are with you all during this time!
Bev Gentry
I have been honored and truly blessed to have Don as my “Dad” for almost forty years. He was a dedicated Christian man, a thoughtful and informative teacher, always ready to lend a hand and help with any problem. He will be greatly missed.
Dear Uncle Don,
You were truly the most kind and humble man I have ever known. If anyone ever told you that fact you were quick to give all the glory to Jesus. You were loved by many, & will be missed. Until we see you again!
Love to all of our family,
Cinda & family
