    I’m out on the farm….

    Tried to post this
    Don’t know if it worked

Sometimes I made Jim laugh because I don’t mind expressing myself if it’s for whats right …

Once I write a paper that he called the Manifesto it was so long ..it was to point out problems in the system …

Jim said they did not want to read it… Jim said he heard

Just fix what T A is rambling about….

    Well in true Manifesto style
    Ode to Jim

These express how he made us laugh ..love and live …

Of course he and taIked about all kinds of things..no topic was safe… . For sure we always about food and music ….

He sent me this one day….

To the family and all of his friends –

I say Jim was a true Renaissance Man and will be missed each day by us all

My thoughts and prayers are with you all

    Christie Barto says:

Thank you so much for being one of dads best friends. Sending prayers your way as well

    William V Smith says:

I have know Jim since 1987. We worked together 9 years at Waco Center for Youth in Maintenance. He and I became instant friends. It has been since the late 90s that he and I have seen each other. But, on September 14th I was miraculously contacted and made aware of his condition. I was so fortunate to be able to let him know by his family relaying my message to him just minutes before he passed, that I loved him and wished God’s best for him. Jim blessed me and my entire family so many times over the years and was always considered to be part of our family. We are all better people because of his influence on us. The gap of years that we were not “in touch” did not effect our friendship. I truly have lost a dear friend and brother. His life should be celebrated and not mourned. He was not a man of sadness but one full of positivity and joy. Jim always fought the GOOD FIGHT for everyone he held dear to him. He made a lasting impact on this world during his 74 years. His legacy will endure through all of us that were fortunate to know the man and the soul of JAMES E. TRAHAN, SR.

    Christie Barto says:

He truly loved you Bill. You were always a constant joyful memory to my dad. I can see him laughing so hard telling y’all stories. We are praying for y’all as well. We love ya
