James Merrell Davis, 68, of Nederland, died Thursday, January 23, 2025. He was born June 22, 1956, in Groves, to Coral Arlene Carlson Davis and James Leonard Davis.
Survivors include his nieces and nephew, Chelsea Parrish and husband, Chris; Whitney Whitman; and Jordan Whitman and wife, Kerri; six great nieces; and one great nephew.
He is preceded in death by his parents; sister, Carlene Whitman; and brother, Kim Davis.
His cremation arrangements will be handled through Broussard’s Crematorium, Beaumont, under the direction of Broussard’s, 505 North 12th Street, Nederland.
