James Paul Grant

James Paul Grant, 48, of Beaumont, died Friday, January 30, 2026, at Christus Southeast Texas-St. Elizabeth, Beaumont. He was born on June 25, 1977, to Laverne Snodgrass Grant and Paul Grant.

Survivors include his daughter, Dallas Grant of Virginia; son, Dylan Beaumont and daughter, Zoe Langham, both of Beaumont; sister, Shannon Dinet of Kountze; brothers, Howard Cantu of China, John Gilbert Cantu of Pasadena, and Jason Cantu of Houston; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and other family members.

He is preceded in death by his birth mother, Linda Cantu; parents, Laverne and Paul Grant; and aunt, Elizabeth Ann Bradley.

His cremation arrangements were handled through Broussard’s Crematorium under the direction of Broussard’s, 1605 North Major Drive, Beaumont.
