Jane Lee Gray

Jane Lee Gray, 85, of Lumberton, died Tuesday, April 20, 2021.  She was born on December 25, 1935, in Como, Missouri, to Ava Neil Bruce and James Miles Bruce. 

Survivors include her children, Donnie Lee Gray of Washington and Terry Ray Gray and Gina Stout and her husband, Willis, all of Lumberton; grandchildren, John Gray of Washington, Damon Gray of Chicago, Jessica Gray, Justin Gray and his wife, Tia, and Daaron Simmons, all of Lumberton, DiDi Simmons of Kountze, Don McCray and his wife, Chelsey Guidry and Dustin McCray, all of Nederland; and Trey Venable of Lumberton; and great-grandchildren, Natasha Gray of Washington, Trayce Gray of Lumberton, J’da Tanton, A’dyn Walton, D’yeon Pitre and T’yera Pitre, all of Kountze, D.J. McCray of Nederland, Jake Gray, Demi Jane, and Colt Gray, all of Lumberton, and Riley Mae Gray; great-great-grandchild, Kaydence; and sister, Carol Schrofne and her husband, Joe, of Tennessee.  She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Donald Gray; and siblings.

A gathering of Mrs. Gray’s family and friends will be 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., Friday, April 23, 2021, at Broussard’s, 490 Cemetery Road, Silsbee.  Her funeral service will be 10:00 a.m., Saturday, April 24, 2021, at Broussard’s, with her interment to follow at Hooks Cemetery, Kountze.
