Jean L. Parkhill
Jean L. Parkhill of Beaumont died Saturday, August 12, 2023, Mid-Jefferson Extended Hospital, Beaumont. She was born to Edna Pearl Howe Leach and William Griffin Leach in Midwest, Wyoming. Jean was a graduate of Beaumont High School and former member of the Eastern Star and Beaumont Garden Club. She was an avid bridge player, enjoyed traveling, antiques, and flowers.
Survivors include her son, William Parkhill and his wife, Angela, of Nome and nephew, Marcus Wait of Norfolk, Virginia.
She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Harris Lee Parkhill; and daughter, Cathy Jacks.
A private memorial service will be held at a later date. Her cremation arrangements were handled through Broussard’s Crematorium under the direction of Broussard’s 1605 North Major, Beaumont.
