Jo Ann Tribes

Jo Ann Tribes, 73, of Beaumont, died Monday, May 26, 2025. She was born on November 19, 1951, to Essie May Martin and Roy Samuel Crotwell, in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.

Survivors include her daughters, Krista Drahos and Kim Moore, both of Beaumont, and Penny McCloud of Vidor; grandsons, Jacob Drahos of Weatherford; Brant Dewitt of Vidor; Juston Moore of Orange; Joseph Moore of Orange; and Lucas McCloud of Vidor; granddaughters, Haley Drahos of Nacogdoches; Shelby Pitt and Anna Moore, both of Orange; Jacy Musgrove, Ava Musgrove, and Tayler Miller of Beaumont; and sister, Nell May.

She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, Samuel Anthony Tribes, and grandson, Joshua Musgrove.

Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, Tennessee 38105, where Jo Ann was a longtime contributor.

A celebration of life for Mrs. Tribes will be 2:00 p.m., Saturday, June 7, 2025, at Broussard’s, 1605 North Major Drive, Beaumont. Her cremation arrangements were handled through Broussard’s Crematorium, Beaumont.
