Joanna Jean Kilpatrick

Joanna Jean Kilpatrick, 53, of Silsbee, died Friday, August 8, 2025. She was born on March 31, 1972, in Riverside, California, to Kathleen Silverwood Shodahl and Scott Shodahl.

Survivors include her father, Scott Shodahl, of Oak Harbor, Ohio; brother Christian Shodahl, Oak Harbor, Ohio; daughter, Katie McClellan and her husband, Calvin, of Silsbee; son, Caleb Kilpatrick, of Silsbee; five grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her mother; husband, Jesse Edward Kilpatrick, Jr.; and son, Jacob Kilpatrick.

A memorial service for Joanna will be at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, August 30, 2025, at Wiley Mae Community Church, 9823 Old Spurger Highway, Silsbee. Her cremation arrangements were handled through Broussard’s Crematorium, Beaumont, under the direction of Broussard’s, 490 Cemetery. Road, Silsbee.
