Aunt Gladys and Joel have been mentors of a loving marriage and life since the day Bill and I married 49 years ago today. Unfortunately, Bill and I are out of the country until mid-May but please know our hearts are with you. We love you Aunt Gladys, Scott, Katie, Diane and Don, Susan, David, Terri, Corrie, Matt, Laurie, Bill and all who will dearly miss Joel.

As Mr. Bridgewater has said, Professor Allen was the Best! I had four Economics classes, just to have to take “electives”.
One great joke: “How much is two plus two plus”. Professor Allen’s answer: “How? Anything you want”!

I have sorrows, but Joel’s always great memories.

    Sheffield Bridgwater says:

Even though I was not a very good student, Professor Allen was the Best of Professors, he was always pleasant, approachable and never talked down to us…. I am saddened to hear of your loss. I am certain he will be missed by family and a multitude of friends.
