Jommy Clyde Holder

Jommy Clyde Holder, 73, of Beaumont, died Saturday, September 28, 2024. He was born on May 31, 1951, to Beryl Janelle Welborn Holder and Clyde Wilkie Holder, in Paris, Texas.

Survivors include his wife, Tammy Holder and son, Aaron Holder, both of Beaumont; daughter, Kallie Colman and her husband, Matt; grandchildren, Kirby Colman and Charlie Colman; and sister, Nancy Micek all of Houston; and several cousins in Sulphur Springs.

Mr. Holder’s cremation arrangements were handled through Broussard’s Crematorium under the direction of Broussard’s, 1605 North Major Drive, Beaumont.

    Jommy was a sweetheart. We both worked at GSU /Entergy and he was one of those people that everyone liked. I’m so sorry to hear that he passed. Prayers for comfort to his family.

    Jommy was also a northwest forest resident while we were there. Lots of opportunities to engage in some cutting up with others of our age group.

    Whether it was shooting a pistol, rifle, or shotgun, Jommy was an expert marksman, and he was always happy to share his knowledge of the shooting sports with others. He will be missed. Rest in peace, my friend.

    Met Jomy in 1995 while he was married to Karen Holder ( one of my best friends ). Jomy and Karen were one of our first neighbors that we had the pleasure meeting at Northwest Forest. Always a jokester and had a smile on his face 24/7. my heart goes out to Callie and Aaron among many others. Rest in peace

    Jommy was a valued friend. Every hunting rifle I and my son own, he set up for us, bore sighting scopes, adjusting triggers, etc.
