Joseph Daniel DeMarino, Sr.

Joseph Daniel DeMarino, Sr., 81, of Beaumont, died Sunday, July 31, 2022. He was born on September 7, 1940, to Esther Viola Sinclair and Clarence Henry DeMarino, Sr., in Altoona, Pennsylvania.

Survivors include his wife, Joyce DeMarino; son, Joseph Daniel DeMarino, Jr., of West Virginia; daughters, Kimberly Blewitt of Oregon; Brandy Shosty and her husband, Louis Shosty III, of Overland Park, Kansas; Sandra Jacobson of Houston; sisters, Helen Hollingshead of Altoona, Pennsylvania and Loretta “Dee” Clark of Cut and Shoot; aunt, Stella Raptosh of Portage, Pennsylvania; grandchildren, Franklin Devine, Veronica Blewitt, AJ DeMarino, Joseph Daniel DeMarino III, Katie DeMarino, Sheryl Ann DeMarino, Destiny DeMarino, and William Shosty; numerous great-grandchildren; and daughter of the heart, Renee Yates.

He is preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Clarence “Sonny” Henry DeMarino, Jr., George Raymond DeMarino, Edward DeMarino; sister, Laura DeMarino; and daughters, Gina DeMarino and Felicia DeMarino.

A gathering of Mr. DeMarino’s family and friends will begin at 10:00 a.m., with his funeral service at 12:00 p.m., Friday, August 12, 2022, at Broussard’s, 1605 North Major Drive, Beaumont. His interment will follow at Magnolia Cemetery, 2291 Pine Street, Beaumont.
