Joseph Domingue
Joseph Domingue, 93, of Lumberton, died Wednesday, November 3, 2021. He was born on January 28, 1928, to Mary Ada Kingston Domingue and Marcelle Domingue. Mr. Domingue proudly served his country in the United States Navy during World War II.
Survivors include his wife of forty-eight years, Ethel Domingue; sons, Jesse Domingue of Lumberton and Richard Smith and his wife, Karen, of Georgetown; daughter, Rebecca Bowden of Beaumont; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and sister, Andrea Gonzales of Houston. He is preceded in death by his parents; son, Patrick Domingue; daughter, Carolyn Domingue; two brothers; and a sister.
Mr. Domingue’s graveside service will be 2:00 p.m.., Saturday, November 6, 2021, at Greenlawn Memorial Park, Groves.

Jesse, i am so saddened for the loss of your dad. I remember the times we talked about you spending time and making wonderful memories with him. Praying for God to help you through the grieving process. My prayers are for you.

I never met him, but imagine how many people have over such a long and busy lifetime. Judging from his smile, I’m sure he touched many lives in many ways, and will be greatly missed. Love to all who are feeling the void he’s left behind.

Mr Domingue was a kind and loving man who loved to cook and bake, His present hear on earth will be dearly missed ,Eternal rest grant unto them, O Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon them. Ethel, I’m so sorry for your loss. Joe was such a kind man. I remember he made fried meat pies for our Young at Heart meeting at church. Have never eaten any as good as his were. What a cook!
