Joseph “Joe” Pal
Joseph “Joe” Pal, 83, of Wildwood, died Wednesday, December 7, 2022. He was born on December 4, 1939, in Nyirbator, Hungary.
Joe retired from Strack-Van Til Supermarket, Highland, Indiana, after thirty-six years as a meat cutter. He loved playing golf every day for over twenty-six years in Wildwood. He also enjoyed keeping his yard nice and spending time with his grandkids. Joe will forever remain a loving husband, father, and grandfather.
Survivors include his sons, Dan Pal of Wildwood and Robert Pal and his wife, April, of Chestnut, Illinois; grandchildren, Shepherd Pal; Oliver Pal; Stormy Pal and his wife, Diana; Tobiah Pal; and Sadie Pal; sister, Erzai Szabo of Hungary; and numerous, nieces, nephews, and numerous other relatives and friends, both in the United States and in Hungary. He is preceded in death by his parents; wife of fifty-nine years, Joyce Pal; and brothers, Imre Pal and Sandor Pal.
His committal was held at Broussard’s Crematorium.
