Josephine Foret

Josephine Foret, 68, of Beaumont, died Tuesday, January 4, 2022, at Baptist Hospitals of Southeast Texas – Beaumont. she was born May 31, 1953, in Beaumont, to Ophelia Navarro Gonzales and Jose Gonzales.

She is survived by her husband, Durwood Lynn Foret, Sr., of Beaumont; sons, Raymond Grayson and his wife, Candace, of Baytown; Michael Grayson; Chad Berwick; daughter, Amanda Cheris Foret; son, Durwood Lynn Foret, Jr.; sisters, Virginia Parra; Connie Matte, all of Beaumont; Louise Guidry, of Vidor; Belinda Gonzales of Nederland; brother, Jose Gonzales of Vidor; sister, Margaret Fuentes of Beaumont; grandchildren, Tyler Grayson, Miranda Grayson, Zachary Grayson, Madilyn Berwick, Hazel Wood, Phoenix Williams, Makenzy Berwick; and three great-grandchildren.

Josephine’s cremation arrangements were handled under the direction of Broussard’s, 1605 North Major Drive, Beaumont, at Broussard’s Crematorium.
