Juan “Mango” Salazar

Juan “Mango” Salazar, 42, of Beaumont died Sunday, March 13, 2022. He was born on October 28, 1979, in Beaumont.

Mango enjoyed fishing and most activities that had him out on the water. One of his favorite places to go often was Pleasure Island. Mango loved his family dearly.

Survivors include his mother, Consuelo Rodriguez and her husband, Hector Jimenez, of Beaumont; father, Juan Rivera Salazar; sons, Isaiah, and Jasiah of Beaumont; sister, Erica Puente and her husband, Travis, of Humble; and numerous other family members and friends.

A gathering of Mr. Salazar’s family and friends will begin at 9:00 a.m. with his funeral service at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, March 26, 2022, at Broussard’s 2000 McFaddin Avenue, Beaumont. His interment will follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park, Beaumont.
