June Lorraine Lee

June Lee, 83, of Fannett, Texas, passed away Monday morning, February 3, 2025, at her home in Fannett.

Mrs. Lee was born in Austin, Texas, and lived in Fannett for over forty years. She retired from The Beaumont Enterprise. She loved her kids and grandchildren and most of all, she loved being a Mawmaw.

Mrs. Lee is survived by her son, Steven Frisby and his wife, Shelli; daughters, Martha Savka and Diana Potter; stepson, Cole Lee; eleven grandchildren; four great grandchildren; sisters, Faye Montgomery and Sheila Babb; brothers, John Rowley, Keith Rowley, Jesse Rowley, and Josheph Rowley; and several other extended family and friends.

She is preceded in death by her husband, James P. Lee; son, Bobby Frisby; stepsons, Rodney and Marty Lee; grandson, Nathan Frisby; brother, Charles Riley; and her mother, father, and stepfather.

A gathering of Mrs. Lee’s family and friends will begin at 12:00 p.m., with her funeral service at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, February 8, 2025, at Broussard’s, 505 North 12^th Street, Nederland. Her interment will follow at Oak Bluff Memorial Park, Port Neches.
