Kandie Fruge

Kandie Lynn Fruge, 46, of Hamshire, died Sunday, October 31, 2021, at Christus Southeast Texas – St. Elizabeth. She was born December 17, 1974, in Beaumont, to Debbie Williams and Ricky Marshall.

Kandie enjoyed being a mother very much. She also enjoyed cooking and anything to do with the beach. Halloween was Kandie’s most favorite holiday, and she had three fur babies that she loved dearly.

Survivors include her husband, Jayson Shiver; stepsons, Nathaniel Thomas Shiver, Joseph Lee Shiver, and Keenan Shiver, all of Hamshire; stepmother, Diana Marshall; sisters, Nicole Marshall and Shree Lowe, all of Crystal Beach; and nephew, Jaydon Mathew Shiver, of Hamshire.

She is preceded in death by her father.

Cremation arrangements will be handled through Broussard’s Crematorium, Beaumont, under the direction of Broussard’s, 134 West Buccaneer Drive, Winnie. A memorial service for Mrs. Fruge will be held at a later date.
