Kenneth Ervin Brown
Kenneth Ervin Brown, 68, of Silsbee, died Tuesday, December 6, 2022. He was born on July 14, 1954, in Silsbee, to Alice Viola Lowe Brown and James L. Brown.
Survivors include his children, Andrea Baldwin and her husband, James, of Silsbee; Dawn Grimes and her husband, Jordan, of Port Neches; and Brittany Coots and her husband, Jim Bob, of Silsbee; grandchildren, Logan, Joey, Alayna, Emma Jean, Dakota, Jani, Rylee, and Josiah; mother, Alice Brown of Friendswood; sister, Bridget Maronge and her husband, L.J., of Friendswood; and numerous nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his father; brothers, James Roy Brown and Benny Brown; granddaughter, Allisyn Coots; and grandparents.
Mr. Brown’s memorial service will be held at a later date. His committal was held at Broussard’s Crematorium.

Kenneth was my classmate and my friend. We reconnected via Facebook a few years ago and I am so blessed to have known him. Growing up in Silsbee, he was extremely nice to me during integration…always accepting people of different races with kindness. Heaven is his address, now and we will meet again in Glory. Until later, my friend.
I miss you! My heart will be forever be grateful for having you in my life! A loving lifetime of memories.

I’ve too many memories to count…such good times at church and just goofing around. A forever friend that I am glad to have spoken with just a few short weeks ago. He spoke of going home. I love you all and pray for you all more than usual during the days and months ahead. I love the Brown’s.
So sorry to learn of your loss. Remember Kenneth well.

thankful.
While we are experiencing natural sorrow for our loss, we thank you for your supernatural comfort and grace.
In the face of death, we thank you for your gift of eternal life.
In this time of separation, we thank you for your promise of an eternal reunion that we eagerly anticipate.
As humans, we look at death as so final. Even though we will miss our loved one, can you imagine the awesome reunion they are now having with their love ones that are already there?
They have began what we all strive for. They will now spend eternity with our Heavenly Father. We must remember that we will see them again in a better place. What an awesome day that will be.
Farewell doesn’t have to mean goodbye………. it can also mean “see ya later”

Sincere condolences to the family. I have know this good family a long time. Going all the way back to Sister Ninnie Brown. I had a terrible crush on Lenard when I was about 8. They lived in the other half of the duplex we were all renting. May God bring you Peace & bless each one of you.
