Kory Morgan

November 10, 1980 - February 28, 2022

Kory Lynn Morgan, 41, of Nederland, died Monday, February 28, 2022. He was born November 10, 1980, in Beaumont, to Deanna Latriace Bethel Morgan and Kenneth Lee Morgan.

Kory was a hard worker that always gave 100%. He was very fond of his STI family. He enjoyed landscaping, gardening, and fishing. Above all else, he will be remembered as a loving son, brother, uncle, and friend.

Survivors include his parents, Dena and Kenny Morgan, of Nederland; brother, Kenan Morgan and wife, Amy, of Port Neches; and nephew, Kole Morgan.

He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Glenna and Edwin Morgan and Betty and Chester Bethel and his niece, Macy Morgan.

The family would like to extend their sincerest gratitude to Donna Peterson for always being present in his life; to his STI Group for accepting him as family; and the doctors, nurses, and staff at Christus Southeast Texas, St. Elizabeth ICU for their compassionate care.

A gathering of Kory’s family and friends will begin 12:00 p.m., with his funeral service at 2:00 p.m., Friday, March 4, 2022, at Broussard’s, 505 North 12th Street, Nederland. His interment will follow at Oak Bluff Memorial Park, Port Neches.
