Krisstopher “Kris” David

Krisstopher “Kris” David, 50, of Beaumont, died Monday, September 29, 2025. He was born on September 16, 1975, to Sandra Morgan David and Dale David, in Pensacola, Florida.

A loving and supportive man, father, son, brother and friend. He loved and cherished the people around him and loved his animals and family and friends more than words can explain. He was an excellent person his entire life and served time in the Marines in the late 90s. Kris then went on to work in Corrections in Beaumont where he made wonderful friends with colleagues and would work there for over twenty years. He was an extraordinary, protective, brilliant and passionate man and took care of a lot of people over the years. He was always a loving husband, friend, son, brother and the best father a person could ask for. He will be missed dearly and remembered every day for the rest of our lives.

Survivors include his fiancée, Silvia Rodriquez; ex-wife and mother of his child, Amelia David; ex-wife and stepmother of his child, Maricela David; daughter, Alyssa David and her boyfriend, Gabriel Guevara; brothers, Michael Morgan and his wife, Kelly and Troy Skinner and his wife, Gina; stepfather, Chuck Morgan; and numerous colleagues, friends, and loved ones through the years.

He is preceded in death by his parents; great-grandmother, Doris Fields; and aunt, Ruthie Mobarak.

A memorial service for Mr. David will be 2:00 p.m., Friday, October 3, 2025, at Broussard’s, 1605 North Major Drive, Beaumont. His cremation arrangements were handled through Broussard’s Crematorium.
