Larry James Talbot
Larry James Talbot, 85, of LaBelle, died Monday, January 29, 2024. He was born on December 10, 1938, in Port Acres, to Lilia and Wallace Talbot.
Larry loved spending his time hunting, fishing, watching sports, and mainly spending time with his family and friends.
Survivors include his loving wife, Barbara Talbot; children, Cary Talbot and his wife Lisa, Troy Talbot, Jana Talbot and her partner Clyde Sonnier; grandchildren, James Talbot, Wayne Talbot and his wife, Jan, Jeffrey Talbot and his wife Arika, Amber Olvera and her husband, Oscar, and Allen Bearden; great grandchildren, Kaydence Talbot, Evan Olvera, Kooper Talbot, Emilee Olvera, Ryker Bearden.
He is preceded in death by his parents; brother, Harold Talbot; and sister, Sula Shields.
Memorial contributions may be made to First Baptist Church Beauxart Gardens, 8230 Holmes Road, Nederland, Texas, 77627.
A gathering of Mr. Talbot’s family and friends will begin 10:00 a.m., at Broussard’s, 505 North 12th Street, Nederland, a graveside service will begin 12:00p.m., Thursday, February 1, 2024, at Oak Bluff Memorial Park, 618 Block Street, Port Neches, under the direction of Broussard’s.
