Lee was a very sweet man. I enjoyed talking to him whenever he came into the office or listen to him when he presented his “Snakes in the Garden” during the Master Gardener program. I’m so sorry for your loss. I didn’t know he passed.

I also worked at DuPont for many years and although Lee and I were not in the same department, we interacted through at times. Lee was a gentleman and a delight to be around. I enjoyed his wry sense of humor. Rest in peace, Lee. My sincere condolences to his family, including those I know…Corrine, Lynn, Brian.

My thoughts and prayers are with the Freeland family at this time. God loves people through others and Lee was that person. He gave 150% with every volunteer “job” he did! What a great person he was. I’m so thankful he was my friend. May memories comfort Corinne and her family at this time.

While we never had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Freeland, if his daughter Lynne is any indication of who he was, he must have been a fine, upstanding and caring man. To the family; May your faith give you strength and your many memories give you comfort. Hugs and prayers during this difficult time. ❤️
