Lerlene Mary Woodard, 89, of Winnie, died Saturday, October 8, 2022. She was born February 4, 1933, in Eunice, Louisiana, to Armena and Arsilian Courville.
Survivors include her children, Cindy Day; Randy Bertrand and wife, Mary; and Brenda Melancon; grandchildren, Dana Arceneaux and husband, Justin; Chris Day and wife, Stacey; Piper Cameron and husband, Mark; April Lindstrom; and Brock Bertrand and wife, Leeann; great-grandchildren, Laney, Zoey, and Kenly Arceneaux; Ty and Kash Cameron; Bayler and Caris Lindstrom; Shelby, Abby, and Jake Day; Rhys and Kamie Bertrand; and Mason Sparkman.
She is preceded in death by her parents, and husbands, Polycar “Bert” Bertrand and R.L. Woodard.
A gathering of Mrs. Woodard’s family and friends will begin at 9:00 a.m., with a Rosary recited at 11:00 a.m., with her funeral service at 11:30 a.m., Wednesday, October 12, 2022, at Broussard’s, 134 West Buccaneer Drive, Winnie. Her interment to follow at Fairview Cemetery, Winnie.
