Leslie was a close friend and a confidant. We talked about everything under the sun. She was an infinite source of info regarding the many plants we have. We have plants from her dating back to 2013. Leslie .my friend You have made a difference in my life and there is a special place in my heart and prayers for you.
She will be missed
Leslie was more than a boss to me, we were family. I was thinking about how much we were on the phone with one another, it was quite ridiculous, we would be in the same room and on the phone. I finally had started getting her to use the Bluetooth earbuds that I had gotten her for Christmas when one of them dropped and quickly got snatched up by Rolo. I think that if you added up all of the phone calls I’ve been on in my entire life they wouldn’t come close. That’s what I miss all the time, every day. I couldn’t believe that while she was in the hospital in her final days on September 16th she thought about me and ordered a bag of twizzlers from Walmart, iykyk, to think that at such a time that she would be thinking of me is most humbling. She will be greatly missed. I’m sad. I miss my friend.
I met Leslie through her sister Becky. I found her to be such a brave and resourceful lady. I admired her very much. Rest in peace Leslie.
Becky, I’m so sad to hear this! Leslie and I were very close friends in high school. Hung out and spent many nights sleeping over each other’s houses. Later I would spend a lot of time hanging out with Leslie and Cliff. We all had so much fun in high school and after. She was my maid of honor in my wedding and I in hers. I haven’t spoke with her in a while, but always thought of her. I just heard of her passing and am in total shock. I will be praying for her family and friends. Rest in peace my friend 🧡
