I grew up across the street from Linda and Clyde and their children in south end of Beaumont. I actually thought of her recently when I saw someone who reminded me of her. I haven’t seen her in probably 45 years at least. I remember her laugh as she would come over and visit with my mother and have girl talks. I was a teen at the time. I’m so sorry for your loss. I wish I could have found her and caught up with her. I’ve wondered about her so many times through the years.

    Joey Zackary says:

I was Linda’s boss for a few years at Acosta. She was a hard worker. Then I got out of it, because after 8 years, it became too much. She and I became friends, not just co-workers and we stayed in touch. I was so excited that she had a serious relationship going and she was so happy. We spoke about many things, how crazy this world had become, how we weren’t going to take the jab, and always reverted to we Trust God, no matter what! She and I spoke every week or every other week. About a week before and always said we needed to get together and do lunch, but it never happened. I have regrets about not seeing her beautiful face or hearing from her or not being able to have our lunch. I will miss our phone conversations. Linda, my friend, may you rest your sweet soul in peace and may my good Lord always keep you????????

    My dearest cousin “Lindy,”
My heart absolutely dropped when I learned you’d left us Christmas morning. Loved our talks about old times, and I’m Rejoicing to know you and that “old man ” along with many other loved ones are together, probably enjoying a cup of coffee, and a few laughs! I love you Sherry and Christy. You are always in my prayers.
