Ms. Whis was a special lady that I considered a friend. Although, we never taught in the same building, we did travel to Austin several time for computer conferences. She was completely dedicated to her students. She will be missed by many. Prayers for her family and friends as they mourn her death.

Words cannot express the sorrow I feel to lose a teacher that taught 2 of my children, and one that I had the privilege to be on the faculty with. She was a great teacher and friend. She will be greatly missed! Prayers for family and friends.
