Lois Reddoch Morrell

September 9, 1927 - May 29, 2020

Lois Elaine Reddoch Morrell, of Beaumont, passed away Friday, May 29, 2020, at her home. She was born on September 9, 1927 and lived in Beaumont all of her life. She graduated from South Park High in 1945. She attended Lamar Jr College where she represented them as Miss Lamar in 1946. She served as a member on the Italian Society Club for several years.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Frank James Morrell; and her son, Dr. Clint William Morrell.

She is survived by her children, Marian Skinner and her husband, Robert; Paul V. Morrell and his wife, Debra; Dr. Roy J. Morrell and his wife, Margaret; Gloria Derrick her husband, James; grandchildren, Christina Borgobello Johnson and her husband, Andy; Anthony Borgobello and his wife, Kristyn; Frank Morrell and his wife, Autumn;  Leon Morrell and his wife, Christy; Matthew and Catherine Morrell; James, Samantha, Thomas Derrick and his wife, Kendra; Frank James Morrell III; and ten great-grandchildren. 

A gathering of Mrs. Morrell’s family and friends will be from 6:30 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., Sunday May 31, 2020, at Broussard’s, 2000 McFaddin Avenue, Beaumont. The family will gather for her funeral service and interment at a later date. Please observe social distancing guidelines.

Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, Tennessee 38105.
