Louise Lavelle Armstrong
Louise Lavelle Armstrong, 82, of Kountze, died Tuesday, April 11, 2023. She was born on October 14, 1940, in San Francisco, California, to Wilma Kemp Gilman and Anthony Gilman.
Louise will be remembered for her infectious laugh and happiness and her youthful attitude. She will forever remain a loving wife, mother, and Gran.
Survivors include her husband, Richard Ray; son, Wade Armstrong and his wife, Tina, of Hollister, California; daughter, Heather Godeaux and her husband, Reginald, of Village Mills; nine grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; numerous other loving family and friends; and will be especially missed by her faithful feline companion, Boy. She is preceded in death by her parents and son, Jeffery Armstrong.
Her committal was held at Broussard’s Crematorium under the direction of Broussard’s, 490 Cemetery Road, Silsbee.
