Lynda Miller

January 2, 1944 - December 14, 2020

Lynda Miller, 76, of Winnie, died Monday, December 14, 2020. She was born on January 2, 1944, in Beaumont, to Mary Alice Saunders and Ovaton Frankland. Lynda will be remembered as an excellent seamstress and avid reader. She also enjoyed collecting dolls. 

Survivors include her son, William Lee Miller and his wife, Tina, of Milam; daughters, Melanie Murphree and her husband, Michael of Rockport; Shannon Miller of Winnie; and Marti Dallison and her husband, Gralin, of Fannett; five grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; and sister, Sue Melancon and her husband, Scotty, of Winnie. 

She was preceded In death by her husband of forty five years, Kenneth Miller; son, Kenneth Edward Miller; and parents, Ovie and Alice Frankland. 

Memorial contributions for Mrs. Miller may be made to American Cancer Society, PO Box 42040, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73123.

Cremation arrangements for Mrs. Miller were handled through Broussard’s Crematorium, under the direction of Broussard’s 2000 McFaddin Avenue, Beaumont. Burial of Mrs. Miller’s cremated body will be held 2:00 p.m., Friday, December 18, 2020, at Fairview Cemetery, Winnie.
