Marcus Doyle King

Marcus Doyle King, 39, of Beaumont, died Tuesday, August 31, 2021. He was born May 29, 1982, in Beaumont, to Donna Faye Mitcham King and Doyle Wayne King.

He enjoyed fishing, cooking, and woodworking. He loved his nieces, nephews, and his dog, Gus.

He is survived by his parents; sister and brother-in-law, Katy and Christopher Guidry; grandpa, Garth Mitcham; nephew, Jordan Guidry; niece, Ila Guidry, all of Fannett; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.

He is preceded in death by his grandmother, Betty Mitcham; grandparents, Shirley King and Kirby King, Jr.; and nephew, Jase Paul Guidry.

A gathering of Marcus’ family and friends will be from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., Saturday, September 4, 2021, at Broussard’s, 134 W. Buccaneer Drive, Winnie. His graveside service will be 2:00 p.m., Sunday, September 5, 2021, at Broussard Cemetery, 10223 Broussard Cemetery Road, Hamshire.
