Marshall L. Hawkes
Marshall L. Hawkes, 74, of Beaumont, died Monday, December 2, 2024. He was born on November 22, 1950, in Austin, to Arlean Sanders and Charles William Hawkes.
Survivors include his wife, Barbara Hawkes; children, Stephanie Hawkes of Flower Mound and Allison Dominguez of Katy; mother, Arlean Hawkes of Beaumont; grandchildren, Caitlinn Hawkes, Todd Dominguez, and Nicholas Dominguez; siblings, Donna Hawkes and C. Keith Hawkes; and numerous nieces, nephews, friends and loved ones through the years.
Marshall is preceded in death by his father, Charles Hawkes, brother, Gary Hawkes, and son-in-law, Chris Dominguez.
Memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association, P.O. Box 840692, Dallas, Texas 75284.
A gathering of Mr. Hawkes’ family and friends will be from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m., Thursday, December 5, 2024, at Broussard’s, 1605 North Major Drive, Beaumont. A private graveside service will be held at Magnolia Cemetery, Beaumont.

I was fortunate to become a co-worker with Marshall at G.S.U.Co. in Survey & Engineering Departments. We worked well together.

I worked with Marshall at Gulf States Utilities and then Entergy. He was a laid back gentleman with a helpful spirit. I am so sorry for your loss. May The Comforter visit you during this time, and may Marshall rest in peace.
I just read about Marshall’s passing. I didn’t interact with him very much at GSU but everytime we did he was very nice and it was a pleasure to be around him. So sorry to hear this news and my prayers remain for comfort to his loved ones and for his soul to rest in heaven

Barbara, I am so sorry to hear about Marshall. It was such a shock when I read about. Marshall was such a good man and a great friend. I know he will be greatly missed by all who knew him. My prayers for you and your family during this time .
I graduated before Marshall at French High, but have good memories of him in our VoAg/FFA classes and trips, sorry to hear of his passing,,

I am so sorry to hear this. I will be keeping all of you in my prayers. Marshall was such a good friend to my brother Mike. I hope they are having a reunion now.
