    Stephen Ray Breaux says:

Sorry to hear about Marvin. He was a big part of the Breaux family’s life. Mom was his secretary before the Mobil Chemical sale to Velsicol (early ’70s) until 1992. I still remember calling mom and sometimes he’d answer in his gruff, Marvin voice: “FANNIN”. So when I became an engineer, I patterned my phone greeting with: “BREAUX”. And he being a former Marine, now I understand his type A personality. It all makes sense. He’ll be truly missed.

    R. Holmes says:

Marvin and I were good buddies in college at Texas Tech in the 50’s. I have a lot of fond memories and he helped me in stage of life needing someone to show kindness and Marvin did that. Marvin was my best man at our wedding in 1957. Going to miss my good buddy and we will meet later in heaven.
