Mary Ellen Craigen Daigle
Mary Ellen Craigen Daigle, 88, of Fannett, died Tuesday, April 11, 2023. She was born February 22, 1935, in Fannett, to Josephine Holst Craigen and Leo Edward Craigen.
Survivors include her daughter, Brenda Marshall and husband, Roger Keith of Fannett; son, Brad Daigle of Fannett; daughter, Denatte Quinn and husband, Marvin of Lake Charles; grandchildren, Mandi Lee Quinn, of Lansing, Michigan and Brittany Salinas and husband, Eric, of Fort Walton Beach, Florida; and great-grandchildren, Colby Ardito, of Lake Charles; Skyler Littiken, of Lansing, Michigan; and Asher Salinas, of Fort Walton Beach, Florida.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Jack Nalton Daigle and her grandson, Brandon Keith Marshall.
A Rosary will be recited at 4:00 p.m., with a gathering of Mrs. Daigle’s family and friends to follow until 7:00 p.m., Sunday, April 16, 2023, at Broussard’s, 134 West Buccaneer Drive, Winnie. A Mass of Christian Burial will be 2:00 p.m., Monday, April 17, 2023, at St. Mary Catholic Church, 9894 Gilbert Road, Beaumont, with her interment to follow at Fairview Cemetery, Winnie.

My fond memories of Aunt Mary were talks we would have as my hair dresser. She gave my son his first hair cuts. Such a kind, sweet lady.
