She enjoyed traveling and went on several cruises with friends and family as well as several trips to Branson, MO. She also followed numerous sports particularly Louisiana teams such as LSU or New Orleans Saints. She also followed Notre Dame sports, the Astros and more recently followed professional golf.

Oh Celeste!
Am just now seeing your mom’s obituary, my sister just forwarded it to me. So sorry to miss her services, such a strong and caring woman. She is a great role model for us. I think you girls inherited some of that! Please extend my deepest sympathies to your family, however I suspect she had the best Christmas ever.
I am so sorry for the passing of Mary Ida. I worked with her for years at Sears. She was always so kind to me. She would bring Scott to eat lunch with us at the food court. I loved her, we all did! Prayers sent to all her family and friends. I know she is happy to see Lewis and Scott again.
Dear Laurent family,
I’m so sorry for your loss. Sending my sincere condolences.
