Michael Eran Treviño

June 27, 1981 - July 14, 2025

Michael Eran Treviño, 44, passed away peacefully on July 14, 2025, in Dallas, Texas. He was the beloved son of Eddie Treviño and Edna Ramsey, born on June 27, 1981, at St. Mary’s Hospital in Port Arthur, Texas. He was a resident of Melissa, Texas.

Michael is survived by his spouse, Alisha Collins; his children, Phoenix Rachelle Treviño and Jake Collins; his parents, Eddie Treviño and wife, Catherine Treviño and Edna Ramsey and her husband, Doug Ramsey; his sister, Rachelle LeBlanc and her husband, David LeBlanc; his nieces, Evangeline LeBlanc and Aurora LeBlanc; his grandmother, Mrs. Betty Ramsey; as well as numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins. He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Nicholas and Belen Treviño and Manuel and Isabel Almaraz.

After graduating from Nederland High School in 1999, Michael began working in the banking industry as a teller at Hibernia Bank. He graduated from Lamar University with a B.S. in Communication in 2004 and with an MBA in 2009. During this time, he continued his work in the banking industry and had recently completed 15 years with Beal Bank, with his most recent position as Vice President of Retail Services.

Outside of his professional life, Michael found joy in sports, video games, and pop culture. Although he was a fan of all platforms over the years, he spent his most recent years gaming with his family on the Nintendo Switch, including introducing his daughter, Phoenix, to the classics. Michael was an avid Lego assembler, and he and Phoenix constructed countless masterpieces. He and Alisha enjoyed spending time together playing giant Jenga on their patio, traveling to various destinations, and going to the theatre to catch the latest movies. Michael was also a four-time champion in The Stud Stable, a long-held fantasy football league with his closest friends. He wielded the Championship Belt and Infinity Gauntlet trophies with great pride.

Michael was an exceptional man who had a profound impact on all those he encountered. He was a very charismatic individual who could coax a smile out of even the most irritable people. His sense of humor was quick and witty, and he was always ready with a quip that would make everyone laugh, even if it was at his own expense. Michael was also fond of dogs, especially French Bulldogs. He leaves behind the bestest boy and bestest girl, Winston and Millie.
