Michael Lopez

Michael Lopez, 79, of Nederland, died Monday, August 4, 2025. He was born on November 5, 1945, in Port Arthur, to Blanche Estelle Reeves and Rufus Joseph Lopez.

Survivors include his children, Phyllis Judice, Melvin Roy Gibson and his wife, Jenna, DeWayne Lopez and his wife, Angela, and Anna Mouhot and her husband, Daniel; nine grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and sister, Cindy Harris and her husband, Randy.

He is preceded in death by his wife, Jane Lopez; parents; and sister, Lana Blevins.

Mr. Lopez’s cremation arrangements were handled through Broussard’s Crematorium, Beaumont, under the direction of Broussard’s, 505 North 12^th Street, Nederland.
