My cousin,
I have very fond memories visiting you,
Leah, Phillip, Darby and Brenda growing up.
Your keen curiosity about life and its many blessings (often overlooked) puts a smile on my face. You are loved and missed
“43 But so shall it not be among you: but whosoever will be great among you, shall be your minister: 44 And whosoever of you will be the chiefest, shall be servant of all.”- Mark 10:43-44
Mrs. Guillory, when I think about Jesus words about greatness your husband and my friend Mr. Michael W. Guillory come to mind. I was blessed to work with Mr. Guillory at Vincent Middle School for many years. Being a substitute teacher Mr. Guillory help groom me with invaluable tutoring and assistance. And by no mean was I the only recipient of his skills he freely gave to all.
To me and I am sure for many others Mr. Guillory meet Jesus’ definition of greatness- a person who lived and demonstrated a humble servant attitude. And now he is hearing the seven words we all wish to hear from the Lord – “Well done, my loyal and faithful servant”

We are saddened to hear that your dear husband has died in this world. We pray that you and the rest of the family know already that earth is our temporary dwelling and that Michael believed in Jesus’ words that HE has prepared a place for him in heaven that will last for eternity. We love you and are sending our prayer angels to you. The Hebert and Fletcher Elementary families!!
