Michelle René Rodriguez
Michelle René Rodriguez, 55, of Winnie, died Thursday, February 12, 2026. She was born to Linda Ann Fregia and Johnny Joseph Rodriguez on November 13, 1970, in Winnie.
She is survived by daughter, Jordan Fitzgerald of Mauriceville; son, Cody Gabriel Rodriguez, of Saratoga; grandchild, Sterling Gray; brother, Michael John Rodriguez and his wife, Leslie, of China; father, Johnny Rodriguez and his wife, Pauline of Winnie; mother, Linda Ann Fregia and her husband, Michael, of Saratoga; aunt, Dolores LeDoux and her husband, Ronnie, of Winnie; and nieces and nephews, Addison, Keagan, Cristan, and Johnathan, all of China.
Michelle enjoyed spending time on Facebook, watching movies and shopping. She also treasured traveling with her children, fishing and cooking. Michelle loved watching football, especially her Pittsburg Steelers, along with her favorite show, Yellowstone.
Memorial contributions for Ms. Rodriguez may be made to Texas Children’s Hospital, 6621 Fannin Street, Suite A125, Houston, Texas 77030.
A graveside service for Ms. Rodriguez will be 2:00 p.m., Thursday, February 19, 2026, at Fairview Cemetery, Winnie, under the direction of Broussard’s, 134 West Buccaneer Drive, Winnie.

Michelle and I grew up together. She was more of a sister than friend. Michelle was the sweetest person. She was so happy and excited about her grand baby. I love and will miss her forever. My heart and prayers go out to her dad, Jordan and Cody.
