Minnie Lee Hollyfield

Minnie Lee Hollyfield, 98, of Silsbee, died Monday, August 30, 2021.  She was born on October 1, 1922, in Fred, to Martha and Edward Graham.

Survivors include her children, Gene Hollyfield and his wife, Trudis, of Lufkin; and Mike Hollyfield and his wife, Neva, and Debbie Puntes, all of Silsbee; grandchildren, Andy Hollyfield and his wife, Terry, of Winnie; Jennifer Theis and her husband, Robbie, of Lumberton; Daniel Hollyfield and his wife, Candace, of Port Neches; Jason Hollyfield and his wife, Tiffany, of Kirbyville; Amber Meredith and her husband, Shawn, and Ty Gibson, all of Silsbee; Holly Puntes and her husband, Ricky and Clay Puntes and his wife, Valerie, all of Silsbee; great-grandchildren, Alexis Husbands, Kelly Fuqua, Daevon, T.J. Ahkaylah; Whitney Cooper, Wesley Cooper, Josh Theis, Cade Hollyfield, Carlson Hollyfield, Jace Hollyfield, Faith Hollyfield, Bryson Meredith, Jaxon Meredith, Madison Gibson, Shelby Puntes, and Sidney Puntes; and nephew, James Graham and his wife, Linda.  She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Elmer Hollyfield; grandson, Steve Hollyfield; great-grandchildren, Reece Andrew Hollyfield; and brother, J.T. Graham.

A gathering of Mrs. Hollyfield’s family and friends will be 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m., Wednesday, September 1, 2021, at Broussard’s, 490 Cemetery Road, Silsbee.  Her graveside service will be 10:00 a.m., Thursday, September 2, 2021, at Franks Branch Cemetery, Fred.
