Morris Henry Sartin
Morris Henry Sartin, 73, of Nederland, died Monday, May 1, 2023. He was born on September 6, 1949, in Port Arthur, to Goldie Theriot Sartin and Henry Sartin. Mr. Sartin proudly served his country in the United States Air Force.
Mr. Sartin enjoyed anything to do with golfing, University of Texas athletics, and cooking. He was a great athlete and was drafted by the Majors baseball right out of high school.
Survivors include his children, Bryan Sartin and his wife, Holly, of Port Neches; Chad Sartin of Nederland; Shannon Head and her husband, Greg, of Georgetown; and Marcus Buckley and his wife, Lauren, of Vidor; grandchildren, Karlee Jarrell and her husband, Kline; Kasidee Sartin; Ryanne Sides and her husband, Jake; Taylor Sartin; Maddy Sartin; Sailor Sartin; Zack Sartin; Bailey Head; Cameron Head; McKenna Buckley; Sophie Buckley; and Ronan Buckley; great-grandson, Stetson Sides; sisters, Joan White and her husband, David, of San Antonio; Loretta Givens and her husband, Clay, of Katy; and Donna Morrisey and her husband, Jim, of Nederland; and brothers, Larry Sartin and his wife, Linda, of Austin and Jamie Sartin and his wife, Patricia, of Atlanta, Georgia. He is preceded in death by his parents and his wife, Jennifer Sartin.
His memorial service will be 2:00 p.m., Friday, May 5, 2023, at Pine Forest Baptist Church, North 105, Vidor. His committal will be held at Broussard’s Crematorium under the direction of Broussard’s, 505 North 12th Street, Nederland.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Make a Wish Foundation, 12625 Southwest Freeway, Stafford, Texas 77477.

We carpooled with Morris and Larry his sister Joan and my sister DiAnne to St. Mary’s grade school. My twin brother Randy and Morris and Larry played baseball together. Have known the Sartin family a very long time. So sorry Brian but he is resting in peace now????
