Nicholas Wayne Weaver
Nicholas Wayne Weaver, 40, of Beaumont, Texas, passed away unexpectedly on January 7, 2026.
He was born on April 23, 1985. Preceded in death by his parents, Robin Weaver and Dennis Weaver, he is survived by his daughter, Melony Weaver, 19; his brother, Shane Weaver, 52; his sister, Andrea Simon, 49; his brother, Jeremy Schmitt, 44; his grandmother, Sue Simcox, 86; his cousin, Brandon Broadus, 45; and his nieces, Serinity Schmitt and Mia Simon, and nephews, Brandan Simon and Caleb Schmitt.
He will be remembered by his family for his contagious laughter, his witty sense of humor, and his tender heart.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Land Manor Wellness Centers, in memory of Nick.
Cremation arrangements for Mr. Weaver were handled through Broussard’s Crematorium under the direction of Broussard’s, 1605 North Major Drive, Beaumont. A private memorial will be held by the family at a later date.
Nick I first met you when you were about 15 at Sue’s house. I noticed how attached you were to Sue and how she meant so much to you. I know that now you are in the arms of a love we cannot comprehend fully on earth. Eternal rest and happiness Nick.

Sue and family my heart and prayers go out to you all. Nick was the sweetest, smartest ,funniest person I think I’ve ever known. He loved my little babies as if they were his own when we were together and I will hold his memory close to my heart FOREVER. We are so blessed to have had the time we had with him. He even potty trained my Mia. RIP Nick watch over us from up there 🙏

Nick was the sweetest human. He had his faults like we all do but he was so determined that the world should be a better place. He tried so hard and wanted so much out of life. I knew him later in life and he was one of my best friends. We could talk about world peace and not understand together why it wasn’t happening. He was my shoulder to lean on when I felt the world was being so mean. He’s in a better place and looking out for us all. If it was up to him we would all live in peace and not fight. Cheers to Nick! The world has a little savior looking out for us all.
RIP cousin. You had such a kind heart. I always enjoyed our conversations about movies/shows when I would see you. You were funny, smart, and most of all very loving to all those who knew you. The world will be less bright without you in it.
We miss you Nick. You are a smart, sweet and wonderful nephew. So many people love you.
You were always ready to give a hug and a smile. I really enjoyed watching you play tennis. I remember you and Cameron playing tennis, so darn cute. I have a picture of the two of when you were around. 5 years.
RIP Nick. You had a remarkable gift with people, a quick wit, and the best laugh. Let’s not forget your brilliant tennis game! You could have ruled the world if you wanted.
