Oliver "Ollie" H. Keene

September 14, 1960 - February 19, 2021

Oliver “Ollie” Keene, Jr., 60, of Fred, died Friday, February 2021, at Christus Southeast Texas- St. Elizabeth, Beaumont. He was born on September 14, 1960, in Jasper, to Gloria Louise Morgan and Oliver Homer Keene, Sr. Ollie was a United States Marine Corps veteran, and he was a roofer.

He was a cowboy and loved to rodeo. Ollie had a great love for his family and will be remembered as a loving husband, father, and PawPaw.

Ollie is survived by his mother and stepfather, Gloria and Freddy Chance, of Fred; fiancé, Judy Bohannon, of Fred; sons, Jeff Tatom and his wife, Judy, of Dallas; Preston Loggins and Webster C. Keene and his wife, Alicia, all of Spurger; and Donald Loggins and his wife, Ashley, of Silsbee; daughter, Krystin Lindner and her husband, Don; seven grandchildren; sisters, Christie Smith of Silsbee, Patricia Fleetwood of Angleton, and Karen Keene of Oklahoma; brother, David Olds-Keene of Silsbee; numerous nieces, nephews, and a host of other relatives and friends.

He is preceded in death by his father, Oliver Homer Keene, Sr.; his wife of over thirty years, Ann Keene; and sister, Mary Smith.

A graveside service for Mr. Keene will be 3:00 p.m., Wednesday, February 24, 2021, at Fred Community Cemetery, Fred, under the direction of Broussard’s, 490 Cemetery Road, Silsbee.
